Is a Mental Health Retreat Right for You?
The things you do every day that create stress: work, manage a household, interact with family and maintain social relationships can trigger predisposed tendencies toward mental illness. Often, the mental health problems that feel like stress or exhaustion are more serious; they are true mental health issues that require real mental health care.
Often times, we take vacation as a form of self-care to get a break from the stressors in our lives. However, those vacations do not provide you with the opportunity to actually address the things you are dealing with; they only postpone the effects.
Trifecta Wellness Retreats will provide you with more than just pampering. We will provide you with a safe place to work through and understand what’s happening to you in an environment that’s full of holistic help, positive encouragement, support. This retreat will provide you with a break from your daily life to reduce stress and provide you with tools to start making changes in your life.

Mission
In partnership with affiliates of the community, our mission is to promote physical and mental health and well-being through a holistic approach. Trifecta Wellness Retreat offers targeted psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy methods to guide individuals through life transformation and healing in order to help them achieve personal growth and inner peace.
Vision
Our vision is to provide holistic and wellness focused services that address social-emotional problems that currently exist, promote individual’s social-emotional development and reduce and/or eliminate the development of mental health challenges. We will do this by using evidence-based strategies to provide service and support that can address the holistic needs of individuals.
