Refund/Cancellation Policy:
For participation in Trifecta Wellness Retreats, a valid passport is required, and participants must independently arrange travel to our destinations, as flights are not included. Full payment is due 60 days before the start date. Failure to complete payments by the due date will result in the loss of entry, and no refunds will be issued. We highly recommend holiday insurance to all clients. By agreeing to these terms, participants authorize the use of their Debit/Credit card and agree not to dispute payments. It is important to note that no deposit refunds will be granted.

Guest Cancellations Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The refund policy is contingent on the cancellation period:

Within 24 hours of booking: A full refund will be issued, minus any transaction fees, within the first 24 hours of booking confirmation.

120 days or more: A full refund, minus a 15% admin charge, will be provided for cancellations up to 120 days prior to the start day of the booked retreat. This excludes the non-refundable deposit.

Between 90 - 119 days: A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 90-119 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat. This excludes the non-refundable deposit.

Between 60 - 89 days: A 25% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 60-89 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat. This excludes the non-refundable deposit.

Less than 60 days: No refund will be provided for cancellations made between 59-0 days prior to the start date of the booked retreat. Cancellations less than 60 days before the start date are non-refundable and will result in a 100% loss of revenue.
No refund will be provided for premature leaving of the retreat or failure to arrive at the retreat for any reason. Additionally, no refund will be provided for only part of a booking.

Cancellations made by Trifecta Wellness Retreats:
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a retreat at our sole discretion. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the retreat within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Booking fees paid by guests for a cancelled or postponed retreat shall be applicable to the rescheduled retreat on a US Dollars basis only.
Retreat venue, dates, and locations are subject to change without prior notice. Trifecta Wellness Retreats reserves the right to change any and all instructors for each retreat or event without notice. By registering for a retreat, participants acknowledge that Trifecta Wellness Retreats does not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee as to whether they will ultimately attain a cure for any health condition or disease.

In the event that Trifecta Wellness Retreats must cancel or change the start date of any retreat, participants are entitled to transfer the sums paid to another retreat, either scheduled or at some future time, to be used as credit. Alternatively, a refund of payments made by participants to the Company may be requested, which will be accommodated insofar as possible, considering any non-retrievable costs committed in anticipation of the Retreat.

Trifecta Wellness Retreats is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as other accommodation, airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for the trip.
Use of credit or debit cards will not incur a surcharge if payments are cleared in full at the time of booking.

If The Retreat Has To Close For Any Reason:
If the retreat has to close for any reason, participants will be informed as soon as possible. Trifecta Wellness Retreats will provide full refunds if this occurs. Trifecta Wellness Retreats will refund the retreat cost if applicable, but will not cover any loss associated with flights.

Flights and Transfers:
Flights must be booked independently following confirmation of your retreat stay with one of our booking managers. If booking online, please await confirmation from the team before booking any flights. Transfers from the airport to the retreat and back are included as part of your retreat package provided you communicate your flight information with our booking manager at least 30 days before your retreat. Ground transportation will be shared transportation. If you prefer private transportation, those bookings will need to be made independently, and that cost is not covered in your retreat package. It's important to note that if you decide to book your transfers through a third party, your flight details will be required by the week before your departure at the latest.

Room Damages:
Participants damaging their room or any property within the room will have the cost of repairing, replacing, or redecorating automatically deducted from their registered card.

Comments and Complaints:
If participants feel unwell or are not happy with the retreat for any reason, they should inform their Retreat Manager immediately. The company will endeavor to take whatever action is required. Claims may be rejected if the opportunity to address concerns during the stay is not provided.

Room Share:
For participants selecting a ‘share with unknown guest’ room share option, Trifecta Wellness Retreats takes no responsibility for the actions of the person/s with whom they ‘room share’. If participants are unhappy with their ‘room share,’ including but not limited to clashes of personalities, disagreements, snoring, or other annoying habits, Trifecta Wellness Retreats cannot be held responsible. Please note that if participants have booked a ‘share with unknown guest’ online, they can guarantee sharing with an individual of the same sex, unless otherwise specified.

Health Restrictions:
Participants agree to sign a waiver with Trifecta Wellness Retreats at least 30 days before the retreat Start Date.
General Waiver:
Participants acknowledge that during any trip with Trifecta Wellness Retreats, they participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged. Insofar as legally permissible, participants surrender their right to any cause of action against Trifecta Retreats, their agents, contractors, employees, and directors, arising from any loss or damage to any person or property that occurs during a Trifecta Wellness Retreat up to and including death
.
If participants are currently pregnant or under medical or psychiatric supervision, they must provide a doctor’s certificate confirming their fitness to travel and take part in the retreat and notify Trifecta Wellness Retreats. The team is not medically trained and does not have knowledge of participants' medical history, so specific medical advice cannot be offered during the retreat. All health issues, including allergies, must be disclosed at the time of booking.

The retreat is not suitable for children under the age of 18 or for people with physical disabilities that cannot take care of or responsibility for themselves, as the retreat does not have the resources or expertise. There are areas of the retreat that people with mobility issues may not be able to access.

Your Health and Wellbeing:
Many health benefits are associated with regular exercise, a healthy diet, and therapy treatments. However, a small number of people should not participate in certain activities and should seek medical advice. In case of any doubt, participants should consult a doctor before commencing physical activity or starting or receiving a treatment.
Exclusions:
All information provided on the website and in any form of correspondence is correct at the time of publication. However, due to mechanical faults, weather conditions, or what insurers call ‘Acts of God’, some amenities may be temporarily unavailable. Very occasionally, we may have to vary the advertised program due to staff sickness or other unforeseen problems, in which case we will always try to provide an equivalent replacement. This may not always be possible. For example, if our Yoga Instructor becomes unwell on day 3 of the retreat, it is likely that it will be too short notice to find another, and Yoga may well be canceled. This is extremely rare but could happen. The same applies to any of the activities. Clearly, we will always do our level best to make sure all activities go ahead if possible. We would also like to point out that the Trifecta Wellness Retreats team can change at any time, and although we will always endeavor to have a suitable replacement, there will be no compensation for the change in team member.
Team Members and Classes:
In the event of one of the team members becoming injured, ill, or experiencing any emergency situation that forces them to leave the retreat, this may impact the retreat plan, such as the cancellation of yoga or fitness classes or talks. The company will do whatever it can to adapt to the situation and reduce the impact on the retreat experience. However, a substitute team member may not be available. The retreat will continue to run, but adjustments will be made to reflect the team situation. There will be no refunds or compensation to reflect the change in the team situation.
Trifecta Wellness Retreats will not accept liability for:

Any of the above events or others beyond our control.

Loss, injury, or damage (to participants) or their personal property.

Physical, medical, or psychiatric conditions developing during or after the retreat.
Participants should ensure their holiday insurance policy covers these and other contingencies.
Indemnity:
Participants agree to fully indemnify any trainer(s), director(s), or contractor(s) against any injury, malpractice, mishap, or accident during any and all interactions with the Company away from or at the primary place of business for Trifecta Wellness Retreats.
Participants agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the company harmless, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of its respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

Use of the Site.

Breach of these Terms of Use.

Any breach of participants' representations and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use.

Participants' violation of the rights of a third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.

Any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Site with whom participants connected via the Site.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the company reserves the right, at participants' expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which participants are required to indemnify the company, and participants agree to cooperate, at their expense, with the company’s defense of such claims. The company will use reasonable efforts to notify participants of any such claim, action, or proceeding, which is subject to this indemnification upon becoming aware of it.
Assumption of Risk:
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants state that they wish to participate in the Trifecta Wellness Retreats and all the activities, including but not limited to aerobic and resistance exercise, yoga, walks, swimming (pool, sea, and river), and therapy treatments. Participants realize that their participation involves the risk of injury and even the possibility of death. Furthermore, participants confirm that they are voluntarily engaging in an acceptable level of exercise, and Trifecta Wellness Retreats are not responsible for any injuries or losses incurred whilst at the retreat, after the retreat or during the transfer. If I/we suffer with any health conditions including but not limited to the following, I/we confirm that I/we have either consulted with a doctor before participating in physical activity or I/we am accepting full responsibility for my/our own health and I/we acknowledge the risk involved.
