Our program encompasses group therapy, individual therapy, health consultations, fitness activities, restorative movement, meditation, behavioral modification training, stress management coaching, and much more. This one-of-a-kind program is designed to nurture body, mind, and spirit! This powerful program will help you break through the strong self-defeating mental patterns which hold you back, reflect on the important relationships in your life, and release your stronghold of past burdens.

Ways to challenge and overcome automatic beliefs, and practical strategies to change or modify destructive or debilitating behavior

How to expand your emotional literacy to help you to express your needs and feelings more effectively

Ways to remove blocks and affirm a more abundant, joyous life (dialogic and behavior coaching exercises)

Practical tools to empower and support your daily energy (yoga, meditation, breath-work, cardio & strength training, life-long exercise, etc.)

Mindfulness practices to orient yourself in the present moment to promote emotional regulation and behavioral modification

Over 10 hours of group therapy facilitated by Trifecta staff

Individual therapy session with our Mental Health Therapist

Private 1:1 session with on of our clinicians

Private 1:1 session with a Behavioral Aid professional for individualized goal planning

Behavioral modification skills training and development workshops

Daily meditation, breath-work and/or physical movement sessions

Healthy snacks and 3 daily delicious and nutritious meals

Round trip shared ground transportation between airport and lodging* (you will need to arrange to arrive and depart)
