Sarina Jackson, LMSW
CEO & Lead Therapist
Sarina Jackson, LMSW, is a professional therapist who holds a Social Work license in the states of Georgia and Maryland. She obtained her Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland at Baltimore with a specialization in clinical health and certification in maternal and child health. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in social work at Syracuse University. She has been recognized by the courts as an expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Informed Therapy. Over the course of her 20+ year career, Sarina has held positions in various areas within the mental health treatment industry to include; Outpatient Counseling, Emergency Mental Health Services, Inpatient/Residential Counseling and Community Based Treatment Services. Sarina provide a holistic approach for mental health care for patients with a variety of cognitive disorders such as; Depression, Anxiety, Grief/Bereavement, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Mood Disorders, Behavioral Disorders, Dissociation and Dissociative Disorders.
Min Oliver, CPT
Chief Operations Officer
Min Oliver is a Certified National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer with a specialization in Behavior Change. She obtained her Bachelor's in Psychology from Emory University and Master's in Professional Counseling from Argosy University.
As a therapist she has experience in both outpatient community health and in patient residential services addressing anxiety, depression, multi-cultural concerns, relationship building and substance abuse.
As a personal trainer she provides both one on one and group training sessions. She believes in custom, individualized plans and focuses on change from within including one's perception of themselves and their abilities.


Leslie-Ann James, J.D.
Program Director
Leslie-Ann James, J.D., is a licensed attorney in the State of Indiana. She graduated from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law. Leslie-Ann’s focus of practice has been k-12 education law at the district and state level. She obtained her Master's in Political Science from Ball State University and Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Earlham College.
Leslie-Ann James, has over 13 years of experience advising, coaching and mentoring adults in the areas of: Professional Growth and Development, Personal Development, Self-care and Emotional Wellness. Leslie-Ann has worked in various roles in which she has both advocated for and empowered individuals to improve and enhance their resiliency and make positive gains in their personal lives.
Jessica Brown, PA
Clinical Educator
Jessica Brown, PA-C is a graduate of Mercer University College of
Pharmacy and Health Sciences with a Master of Medical Science.
She completed her medical training in May of 2011 becoming
certified as a physician assistant in June of 2011. Jessica is also a
proud graduate of Albany State University. She is an avid dancer
who enjoys playing chess and traveling abroad.


Erica Mills, PhD, RN
Clinical Educator
Dr. Erica Mills is an award-winning nurse leader of over 18 years. She graduated from William Carey University with a Master's degree in nursing education. From there, she found her footing in the leadership space, discovering the power of kindness as an influence in real-world change. She went on to complete her Doctor of Philosophy degree focused in nursing education and administration from William Carey University.

Dr. Mills is passionate about health equity and raising awareness about disparities across the health spectrum. She is a humanitarian and she sows seeds of hope and faith across the state and abroad. In her free time she travels to new places, visits spas and advocates for mental health.
